The NDB Memory Foam Slipper is the only low-heeled model in our test with a slightly “hardened” exterior. This outer layer is made of imitation suede that lets grass and leaves through better than the fleece models in the other budget and shoe models in the test.
The quality is relatively low, with missing stitches and lost threads visible right out of the box. The insole is foamy but not as shock-absorbing as the other available options.
In the head-to-head tensile tests, the outsole was combined with two other models to obtain the lowest grip in our entire test.

The woolen slippers of HomeIdeas are simple household shoes to put on. The model’s name is curious because there is nothing woolly about them. Apart from the rubber sole and a kind of foam hidden inside, they are entirely made of synthetic fleece.
The fleece is smooth and can be put on and taken off barefoot or with shoes on. The instructions indicate that you can machine wash these slippers. We like that.
Like all kick-style slippers, the entrance of HomeIdeas is not made to move around a lot. Their best use is for short trips to the bathroom or keeping your toes warm under your desk.
In terms of warmth, the two layers of fleece are insulating, but the bare heel allows cold air to circulate freely.
Zigzagger Fuzzy Microsuede Moccasin
One tester summed up almost everyone’s first impression of the Zigzagger Men’s Plush Microsuede by noting that they “feel like they’re walking on a pillow”.
